A business needs to be able to sell itself as an attractive place to work, all from its compensation package down to work-life flexibility and to whether tea or coffee is free or not!

What to expect of the fourth day of our annual event?

Markus Wormer joins us for a keynote speech on the business models he has successfully implemented to attract young workers and create an inspiring workplace. We will then discuss with a panel of industry colleagues how the ideas from Markus's models can be implemented into our businesses from traditional family-owned workplaces to large multinational corporations both functioning in the labelling industry today. The second part is about bringing people together. Although diversity and inclusion are discussed as buzzwords, it's a critical topic for the young workforce today. In an interactive session with the Mind Gym we will understand the cornerstones of what makes a company's culture truly diverse and inclusive of all.
