Unlimited vacation, no hierarchies and transparent salaries - sounds impossible? At einhorn products these things are a reality. 

einhorn started out as a vegan condom brand with the mission of producing fair and sustainable condoms and other hygiene products. Today einhorn has become a pioneer company in the field of new work and at experimenting with new forms of working together. The team puts purpose at the center of its company, believing that true sustainable success is rooted in values and a strong vision, not in structure and key performance indicators.

It is not only a company, that sells products. einhorn wants to be part of solutions for global challenges and do its share in making the world a better place. With a knowledge-based approach, the company tries to minimize negative consequences of their actions (e.g. CO2-footprint) while at the same time contributing to a positive impact along the whole value chain. Transparency and treating everyone working with the team equally are key elements of these actions.

While fairness, sustainibility and experimenting with new work are key to einhorn, the company has become more and more successful since being founded in 2015. For years the company has been profitable without having any investors and has become a major player on the market.
